A Semi-permanent color that lasts on lashes from 6 - 8 weeks and is perfect for mixing with other colors in the Belmacil range.
Ash based tone – for those that wish to have a more subtle and natural effect to their eyebrows.
Can be mixed with other shades of Belmacil brown to achieve a desired effect.
Can be used on eyebrows and/or eyelashes.
HOW TO USE: Mix the desired Belmacil Tint with the Belmacil Crème Oxydant 3% in a 1:1 ratio. Consult the Belmacil Tint Color Chart (print out not included with product) for blending and mixing tips..
