  • Orders received by 3pm EST (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays) will be shipped the same day.  All other orders will be shipped out the next business day.  Shipping Days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders.

  • Free . . . ALWAYS!

  • Any issue with your received order must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Any request for a refund must be requested within 5 days of package receipt and on a product that has been unopened and in resalable condition.

    In order to be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be returned unopened/unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must also be in the original packaging. If the item was damaged during shipping, please notify LashLiftSupplies.com within 5 days of confirmed delivery.  Please provide photos of the packaging and the damaged product. Any notification after 5 days for any of the above mentioned situations will receive no action from LashLiftSupplies.com.

    Please include a tracking number so that we may monitor your return status.

  • Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and if a refund will be issued. If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to show on your statement.

  • LashLiftSupplies.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the possession of the postal carrier. Please check with your local carrier if you believe your package has been lost or stolen. Please note that refunds are not issued by LashLiftSupplies.com for lost or stolen packages.

  • Anywhere in the continental United States. We are not able to ship internationally at this time. Please visit Elleebana Official for more information on international shipping.

  • Unfortunately, we have no control over your package once it is shipped. If this happens, please contact your local post office and they can see the last location of your package via GPS. We always provide a tracking number so that you may monitor your delivery.
